Israeli Krav International (IKI Krav Maga) Department Norway

Israeli Krav International was founded by Moshe Katz. Moshe Katz is also the head instructor of IKI Krav Maga, with 5dan black belt.

IKI Krav Maga is well known for it`s simplification of knife and gun defence. This makes the techniques much more effective, and easyer to learn. But also inclucing sipmlification of other techniques./

 Where and when do we train?

We urge to train every day a week, but open for public training:  Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

• Monday:(Instructor private)
• Tuesday: (Beginners level 1-8/Intermediate ) 19.30 - 21.00
• Wednesday: (Instructor private) 
• Thursday: (Beginners level 1-8 - Intermediate)18.00 - 19.30 - Beginners can practice levels with some help from Instructor. But mainly a Intermediate pass.
• Saturdays 13.00 - 14.30  (Hard cardio with a lot of striking/kicking)
• Training fee: >20 years, or students 350,- pr. month. <20 years 410,- pr. month.
• Training fee is in Norwegian Kroner.

Krav Maga fits for everyone independent fysics or sex. No need for earlier experience in Martial Arts. We will take good care of you, and put together a good training program individually when necessary.

It`s just 10-15 minutes north of our capital Oslo in a place called Frogner.
